Queshot connects customers with participating cafés for order-ahead coffee. You agree to provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.
Orders are a contract between you and the café. Payment is taken at order via Stripe. Refunds are handled by the café first, with Queshot as a backstop for disputes.
Cafés agree to the plan and commission shown at signup, fulfil accepted orders, and maintain accurate menus and hours. Either party may cancel with no lock-in.
We provide the platform "as is" and are not liable for the quality of food/drink, which is the café's responsibility.
